Introduction
The Community Land Trust network in the UK connects people to information about the CLT movement, how CLTs operate, resources for and assistance in establishing a CLT, funding options, and other CLT practitioners.

Current Projects
The Community Land Trust Fund ("CLT Fund") was launched in October 2008 with the aim of assisting the development of community-led affordable housing projects; helping to build sustainable communities.
The CLT Fund provides funding and expert support to fledgling Community Land Trusts from initial feasibility – where communities are identifying a need and thinking about a solution – through to the construction of affordable homes. [1]
There is also a discussion forum for the CLT network.
The national CLT conference was held on 29 June 2010 in London, UK, organised by New Start and Community Finance Solutions.
