Description

"This video is an introductory presentation on the notion of "being as communion." In Orthodox Christian metaphysics, beings do not exist as self-enclosed, self-autonomous, or self-sufficient but as dependent upon the “energies” of God which sustain them. However, communion is not merely a created reality but an eternal one, as God Himself is a Triune communion. Since the source, pillar, and ground of all being is communion, it is an inescapable fact that being is communion."
