"Hack-Up is a reality where people with different expertise and the common passion for technology and hacking devices, meet together in a non-business related environment and together bring to reality their ideas. In those environments there is no leader and different projects are proposed to the people, then groups of 4/5 people maximum are formed and they have 4 hours to realize the project. At the end, all the work produced is saved and insert in a wiki and set as open, so that everyone can use them for their own work and/or implement it."
