Description

CoopFunding is a free co-financing cooperative platform promoting self-financing strategies to cooperative based projects. It’s a joint grassroots venture from the Cooperativa de Autofinanciación Social en Red (CASX) and the Cooperativa Integral Catalana(CIC).

Its main objective is to facilitate micro-sponsorship and access to collective financing for cooperative projects and to help them build their self-managed, sustainable networks.

Uncharacteristically for this type of platform, theren are no commission fees. CoopFunding is itself crowdfunded and accepts both monetary and non-monetary donations. The platform also allows for a variety of options, like time-bound or ongoing campaigns or cryptocurrency donation. Both CASX and CIC will be funded through the platform.
