"The social equivalent to an api (application program interface), let's call it OPI (organisational people interaction). Making institutional boundaries permeable, enabling a greater flow of people, and thus the interactive sharing of resources. It is an active team process, and ideally it is conducted at the boundary of an organisation, institution or silo, and invites self-selection from a larger extended network. It's about achieving ideals, that is achieving objectives that are currently out of reach with our current institutional practice. Action cycle opens up a whole potential field of solution that is currently out of bounds by those working within current legal entities, by affirming individual to individual trust based on mutual involvement in social results.
