"John Levine, recently appointed to ICANN's At Large Advisory Committee, is author of "The Internet for Dummies" (Wiley 2005), soon to be in its 10th edition, along with many other popular and technical works. He will ask what aspects of the Internet need to be governed, and how effectively are ICANN, the IETF, and the ITU dealing with the key issues of Internet governance.

The session will be introduced and chaired by Ted Nelson, now working on a guide to the Internet."
