Description

"The World Collaborative for Transformative Community is a collaborative network of individuals, community organizations, and projects that want to see the world evolve to be in equilibrium and balance with each other, nature, and society. Our proposal involves the foundational concept of the transformation or metamorphosis of the caterpillar into the butterfly. With this approach, we support a unification of the social movements of the world, and a comprehensive plan and addresses transformational processes in all aspects of society simultaneously. The opposite would be current linear, step by step approach to change that currently is the primary focus of social movements across the world. Although we are supportive of the linear step by step method, we do not see proof that it works as the crises of the world are reaching an ever and ever greater threat to humanity even in the context of greater and greater community action. The comprehensive transformation methodology could be a wrong approach as well, but as an option it is a viable one, and should be considered when developing ideas to solve the many crises across the globe."
