I know that it is available through download as a Bit Torrent file and that Curtis is supportive of this as the BBC has not issued it as a DVD. So maybe this Video CD-Rom is a hard copy of the Internet-Available download.

Curtis's documentary style combines deep investigation, insightful analysis and an amazing use of archival footage to illustrate the rise of the Neo-Con Religious-Right force in the US and Britian and the Militant Fundamentalist Islam force in the Middle East and to show how these two seemingly opposed forces are actually incredibly similar. It shows how together they have destroyed the dream of progressive politics and trapped the world in a net of Terror and War. Curtis is a much better researcher and documentarian than someone like Michael Moore and this film is a brilliant work of investigative journalism."
