"The OpenMind Platform starts with developing a better understanding of the human mind and how we can harness various thinking to engage in debate and disagreement with a rational foundation.   Through 8 lessons the OpenMind curriculum takes participants from psychological principles to help understand ourselves to the development of different morals and values over different cultures. This establishes a growth mindset for better engagement with diverse viewpoints.   The free OpenMind courses gives people the shared language to surmount a variety of differences and the tools to work together to resolves problems collectively.   These programs replace divisive language, jargon and catchy slogans all of which can create the us-versus-them ethos that had underlined traditional diversity and anti-racism training."
