"Publisher and founder of the portal sindominio.net, administrator of the portal barrapunto.com, and an essential reference point for the Spanish-speaking free software community. For almost a decade, he has taken part in various initiatives on the social use of the Internet in general and free software specifically. At present he maintains the Biblioweb on sinDominio, a repository of free documentation which has been available continuously for seven years on the Web. He was also one of the organizers of the first Copyleft conferences held in Spain in 2004, which served to disseminate knowledge of and create the Spanish chapter of Creative Commons (cc-es), of which he has been a member since it was created."
