Description
LIBRE is a free application that proposes a radical transformation in the way scholarly works are organised, evaluated and shared.
The current academic publishing model rewards competition for a limited number of resources: publication in a few prestigious journals with excessively high rejection rates. We envision a future of open, transparent scientific collaboration where all new knowledge becomes immediately available and is openly evaluated by the entire community.
