Director of Planning and Community Development for the City of Montpelier, Founder and former Executive Director of Global Community Initiatives , former Deputy Secretary of the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources, former Community Action Director for the Institute for Sustainable Communities. Co-Founder of Vermonters for a New Economy, a grassroots campaign fo change Vermont's economy. Founder and Developer of the Headwaters Garden and Learning Center, an ecovillage in Cabot, Vermont. Co-founder of the Onion River Exchange, a regional Time Bank and REACH, a Care Bank.
