Description

"The way of "making" design has changed in recent years. Communications tools foster collaboration between designers, and the very concept of design has expanded and includes, in many cases, public participation in the o design phase as well as use. The complexity of the objects, as in interaction design, requires that multidisciplinary skills come into play. In this context, the designer’s role has changed form."

Panel:

Paola Antonelli (senior curator, MoMA NY)
Jerszy Seymour (designer)
Clemens Weisshaar (designer)
Carlo Ratti (director, SENSEable City Lab – Mit)
Eric Fouquier (director and founder, Thema)
moderator Mateo Kries (director, Vitra Design Museum)
