"Connected Citizens described itself as "a global conversation about how connectedness will change the relationship between citizens and governments, and how government services will be designed and delivered in the future". Using a "Foresight Engine", players exchanged ideas "about the opportunites and dilemmas generated in this new world of connected citizenship".
It was initiated by designers & developers and encouraged people to participate through an online platform. Connected Citizens was global in orientation and concerned with democracy, politics & representation; participation; public services; and neighbourhood & community.
