Probably not. :) If no one else sees value, I'll be happy to delete it.
However, I was thinking of it in the context of Category:Top Category and the category tree. It's an abstract super-category that brings together entities that share legal existence and social responsibility. It means that one category, rather than all of the ones represented, needs to be in the Top Category category.
