"The Open Planning Project (TOPP) is a non-profit connecting open technologies with civic participation. Civic engagement is the hallmark of a successful society, and good tools can be levers for this success.

Through our projects, TOPP enables collaboration between governments and civil society. Our work: helps government become more effective; increases public access to useful information; draws communities together around common causes; and facilitates shared decision-making."
