Bio

"Friederike Habermann, an economist, historian and political scientist, is active in social movements for 30 years, including the global resistance movement. Two of her books deal with solidarian economy: ´Aus der Not eine andere Welt. Gelebter Widerstand in Argentinien´ (Königstein 2004) and ´Halbinseln gegen den Strom. Anders leben und wirtschaften im Alltag´ (Königstein 2009). She is related to the solidarian and ecological project Kesselberg next to Berlin."
