Michael Koch:
"Out of this and an interest in using open source methods in engineering, the OpenPario Project was born to help engineers collaborate. Most of its use has been by engineering students at Oregon State, of which we've been looking at how they utilize such tools for engineering design (this work is ongoing)."
Status
Sam Rose:
"We could for now state that Open Pario is developing a partnership with Forward Foundation, to develop multiple revenue models, new types of services, and to be able to scale up the service. Plus we are going to help intersperse the site with literacies of collaboration and cooperation targeted towards people seeking to create ongoing, sustainable projects around open design."
