Expanding access and use to AI technologies through open-source models and free access.
- Democratization of Development:
Leveraging public input and co-design of these systems to more reflect the preferences and values of different communities.
- Democratization of Benefits:
New institutional and investment forms to experiment with better ways of allocating risk and rewards
- Democratization of Governance:
Co-ownership over models to ensure expanded public input and decision-making capacities over trade offs between safety and innovation."
