Description

"To summarize: with this license, you acquire more privileges as the code ages. With any version of the code, this license allows you to examine, use, modify and distribute the code for non-commercial purposes, provided certain conditions are met (see below). Before two years, it does not allow you to use this code commercially (except under certain very unlikely conditions); after two years, you have the option to relicense the two-year-old version of the code to AGPL; after seven years, you have the option to relicense the seven-year-old version of the code to BSD. These additional privileges apply only to an older version of the code, not to any newer versions."
