A Food Commons Laboratory
What is a Food Commons Laboratory?
A wiki-supported platform and a peer-to-peer space where we can "cook the food web".
The key goal is to crowdsource solutions to the food transition, and to create a common platform where ethical, political and practical ideas and proposals are shared with other activist willing to transit towards a fairer and more sustainable food system.
It is not only a place where people present their locally-based innovations, but a social learning platform where the commons nature of food is discussed, fine-tuned and challenge, and where the moral foundations of an alternative food system are discussed and disseminated
