"The Natural Capital Protocol aims to provide a standardized framework for business to measure and value its direct and indirect impacts (positive and negative) and dependencies on natural capital. The Protocol will not create new methods to do this; instead it will leverage the wealth of existing material in the field and build on the many approaches already developed."
