RIS is an autonomous policy research think tank established and funded by Government of India under Ministry of External Affairs.
Research Interests: Intellectual Property Rights (IPRS) Climate Change, Technology Transfer and IPRS, IPRS and access to medicines, biotechnology and biodiversity , open source, commons and open innovation, Traditional Knowledge, and Science, Technology and Society.
