Description
Generally, awards take the form of:
- Earned point systems (e.g. Yahoo! Answers)
- Explicit endorsements (e.g. linkedIn)
- Peer rating systems and levels (e.g. Karma on Slashdot)
- Prizes (e.g. threadless.com)
- Recognition (e.g. open source code candidacy)
