“Representatives from EU countries considered how different countries are working together to stimulate the exchange of ideas and entrepreneurial activity; and where challenges and opportunities exist for more effective collaboration.

Panellists included Professor Baiba Rivza, Member of Parliament, Republic of Latvia and former Minister for Education and Science, Sergio Arzeni, Head of the OECD's Local Entrepreneurship and Economic Development programme in Paris and Peter Reid, head of the London Technology Network which facilitates regional, national and international collaborations between businesses and research scientists.

Moderated by Chris Powell, NESTA's Chairman.” (http://www.nesta.org.uk/)
