Upgrade to 1.14.0

To fix:

  • images fixed
  • layout
    • logo fixed
    • still need to fix css
  • sitesupport, probably related to MediaWiki:Sidebar
  • privacy policy and disclaimer links in the bottom show html comment tags now

Side effects:

  • faster!
  • no-www (better for SEO)
  • favicon.ico
  • upgrade to cc-by-nc-sa 3.0 - and nicer cc logo
  • git version control
