Verna Allee, born 1949 in Kansas, United States, is an American business consultant and writer on topics including knowledge management, organizational intelligence, intellectual capital and the value conversion of intangibles.

Allee is a co-developer of the ValueNet Works Fieldbook and the GenIsis application. She co-hosts an open resource website with content under a Creative Commons Attribution License for value network analysis practitioners.
