Òscar Martínez I'm Digital Project Manager, and responsible in charge of developing the BeLearning methodology. Cultural consultant and project manager located in Barcelona. Develops and advises projects in Spain, the European Union and Latin America. Its areas of action are cultural, social, education and local development oriented. Coordinator and Curator of New Technologies of CAMON spaces, in Alicante, Madrid and Murcia (www.tucamon.es), in charge of application the Belearning methodology. Advises and coordinates projects about community participation, new media and transmedia literacy. Currently advises and coordinates projects related to: New technologies in culture and education (BeLearning), Social Networking for local development, Interactive and multimedia, Digital Community Cultural Development, Applied Web 2.0.
