For mobility in the new economy I wrote a paper titled "Deployment of a Strategic Platform for Intelligent Traffic Systems based on a Public Private Partnership". Currently I'm preparing a new paper and a conference on that subject. P2P concepts are an integral part of it and so are other advanced concepts that together constitute what one could call the new economy.
