I am a Ph.D. Statistician with interests in statistical predictive modeling and data mining and special interests in ontologies for enabling and managing integration (with special attention to healthcare infrastructure). I have participated in working groups at NCHICA (including Enterprise Integration, Analytics and Informatics, and Clinical, Regulatory, and Insurance Coding). In this context, I have recognized an important role for Ambiguities appearing at the boundaries between established classes, in contrast with the established role of prototypes in seeding such prospective topics.
