Jebb Dykstra's experience ranges from software, Internet, telecommunications and the law. Mr. Dykstra has worked with and mentored over 50+ start-up and early stage companies. As an entrepreneur, he has been a part of four VC-backed companies, Meetrix, Coax, OneStop Internet and DMT. Investors included Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Samsung VC, Bessemer and AVG. Mr. Dykstra has also structured numerous angel, venture capital and technology transactions as a corporate attorney.

As CEO for Meetrix, Mr. Dykstra purchased the software and IP assets out of bankruptcy and re-architected them into one of the leading hosted / cloud-based Unified Communications companies. He served as a Senior Strategic Consultant for Irdeto Group, a multi-billion South African conglomerate.

For nine years, Mr. Dykstra has taught Intellectual Property Law at UCLA and now is an Adjunct Professor at University of Denver teaching Cyber Security Law and Cloud Computing Law. Mr. Dykstra received his Juris Doctor from University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law and his BSBA from University of Denver.
