Brian Kelly has worked with the Web since 1993, when he helped establish the first institutional Web services at the University of Leeds (at the time the Web server was registered with CERN there were fewer than 50 Web servers listed!)

Brian has continued to be active in promoting use of the Web in higher education since then.,
