"Along with the vision of the city for all, 2019 FIF will start with a critical reflection of ‘Sharing city Seoul’, which was declared in 2012 by Seoul Metropolitan Government. Through this, 2019 FIF will look for with you the key conditions under which Seoul can develop into ‘City as Commons’. This ‘transition’ is to build Seoul into a ‘distributed and resilient’ urban system and to expand the democratic realm where all enjoy the rights to the city. This transition will be an important attempt to overcome urban inequality and discrimination.
