Others harness innovative new models, such as "B corps" -- private companies that donate all of their profits to charity.

Why throw that money away toward some random, likely worthless charity?

If the current owners are willing to release ownership of profits, why not reinvest it into the company as an investment from the consumer who paid it?

Keeping profits as a reward for the current owners incents scarcity and destruction, but we don't need to throw them away, let's use them to build the very structure we persue by rewarding those that pay price above cost with ownership in the capital assets (Means of Production). -- Ownut 12:07, 12 August 2008 (PDT)
