Talk:International Commons Conference - 2010
copy of letter by Silke to participants:'
And Michel Bauwens (cced) has crafted a wiki page to collect documentation to prepare a Conference Website http://p2pfoundation.net/Berlin_Commons_Conference As you will see, we are provisionally organizing the documentation, per individual participant, per organisational affiliation, per country and per topic. A selection of this material will later be ported and organized in a more attractive format. Therefore you could send him, either as a link or as an attached document:
1) bio or cv material which specifies your linkage to our conference theme(s) 2) supporting articles, websites, etc... 3) specific info on the organisation you work with 4) specific info on your expertise concerning specific commons related thematics 5) commons related material that pertains to your country of origin or residence
Our philosophy is to create a knowledge commons about commons policy.
- Where and when is this conference? Who are the organizers? Has one happened before? Is there an official website? How much does it cost and where does one register for it? Is there a place where the papers are already being collected? --Alex Rollin 16:36, 7 August 2010 (UTC)
Valid questions Alex, this page has a special status, since it's a draft page for preparing the conference ... rather than a page 'about the conference'. Fire me an email and I'll send you the info
