"Director of Syncho Research(http://www.syncho.com) and Director-General of the World Organization for Systems and Cybernetics. Worked in the CYBERSYN project - the Chilean Government’s project for the management of the national economy- under the scientific direction of Professor Stafford Beer. Associate professor at the University of Aston UK, from 1977 to 1995 and full professor at the University of Lincoln UK, from 1996 to 2002. The focus of his research is on organisational cybernetics; is the author of over 100 academic papers, co-author of three books,most recently (2011) with Alfonso Reyes, "Organizational Systems: Managing Complexity with the VSM",and co-editor of another three."
