What we aim to build together:
We aim to co-design and co.found the first RIDEZ as a digital sandbox where capital, governance and technology align to make regeneration investable.
The founding package should include:
• Founding Charter — principles, rights and decision rules
• Governance Design — roles, councils and execution structure
• Impact Accounting Framework — MRV + multi-capital accounting across the 8 capitals (AI + blockchain enabled)
• Bio-Regional Value Framework — connecting ecological yields to investable economic flows.
• Regen Twin Desk — an operational gateway between the RIDEZ and local governments that can allow startups, and territorial projects to register a twin company that operates simultaneously in their local jurisdiction and the RIDEZ, connecting with global capital, partners and markets
• Regenerative Impact Fund Blueprint — capital vehicle linking investment to verified outcomes
• 2040 Cosmo-Local Roadmap — global expansion strategy for RIDEZ and regenerative territories
By the end of 2026 the RIDEZ should have a clear institutional architecture and a founding coalition ready to move forward."
