What needs to be done for migration?

• fix license -> cc-by-nc-sa
• fix unicode issue

need stuff from james:

• images (e.g. check Image:3DLI.jpg, at current wiki)
• block anonymous editing (localsettings.php)

extra stuff that is nice to have:

• add favicon

speed

• check speed

I'm playing with hammerhead, not totally clear.

My server seems to be between 0.5 and 4 seconds.

The current server's seems mostly slower than this, though not always but there is a lot of variation and sometimes pages load very slowly. So there are big outliers.
