"a local pilot of the Community Resilience Foundation (CRF) — one of several commons-based funding loops grounded in CTS.

In this model, residents contribute to their community (through time/labor or goods) and receive governance tokens. These are then used to support local entrepreneurs — who later return the funds to the CRF, renewing the cycle.

Remarkably, nearly 90% of token holders became customers of the entrepreneurs they supported — turning participation into trust, and governance into regeneration.

The model shows how peer-based support for micro-enterprise can generate self-sustaining loops — where both economic and social value emerge through mutual visibility, contribution, and reciprocal commitment.

Over just 16 months, a CRF with only 100,000 UAH (~2,500 USD) in starting capital catalyzed over 1.26 million UAH in public good value, across 22 initiatives and 400+ participants.

We see this as a live institutional commons — a regenerative flow of trust and shared capacity built from the bottom up, in crisis conditions, without dependency on centralized platforms or extractive logics."
