Ängsbacka is a well-established course and festival centre located in the deep forests of Värmland, Sweden, between Stockholm and Oslo. Founded in 1996, it is a non-profit organization sustained by a dedicated core team, a year-round volunteer community, and a network of international teachers. The centre offers a wide range of courses, festivals, and retreats focused on holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, tantra, dance, and conscious living. Its largest event, the No Mind Festival, attracts around 1000 participants every summer. The mission of Ängsbacka is to be a leading meeting point for sustainable human development, personal growth, and collaborative learning.
