Will Ruddick:

"Using shared ledger protocols can help because it means all these systems have the potential to interact with eachother. The centralization of these ledger systems in their access tokens like Bitcoin and Ethereum is HUGE and they are willing to do everything they can to increase adoption (including support P2P systems).

For example, https://grassecon.org/celo-ge: this describes why we are migrating to Celo (and implicitly not Bitcoin or Ethereum etc).

How to actually build an ethos and praxis around mutual credit is what I focus on.

Also, https://viz.sarafu.network is data from 60 such community issued mutual credit systems using Blockchain in Kenya. Thank goodness we can SEE the real impacts in these communities and ensure there is accountability."
