Description

Maia Dereva:

"I believe that at the legal level it is important to take a closer look at the French system of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) which has acquired real rights: I have just learned, for example, that there is a contract of employment (with social rights therefore) without any subordination, exclusively reserved for the Cooperatives of Activities and Employment (CAE, same kind of structure as Smart.be) called "Contract of Salaried Entrepreneur" (CESA). Although this status does not yet have the necessary flexibility (In particular with regard to free contributive remuneration), I think it's a very interesting model to hack for the commons from a realistic perspective."
