Independent consultant in Information Services and Sciences. Have over 20 years experience in health/medical information services and headed the Indian MEDLARS Centre from 1999-2009 which catered to information needs of the medical community in India. Have worked on Contractual basis for WHO's SEARO library in New Delhi helping them index the IMSEAR database.
