I'm a chartered accountant. I'm founder and director of Fact-is a tax and accounting firm with offices in Antwerp, Belgium. I'm convinced that our rather conservative sector will be materially influenced by p2p. Therefore I'm interested in what l can do to adopt p2p principles in the firm. In the past I was cfo of an AIM listed software development company.
