Teacher at a secondary school. Teaching experience as a Design and Visual Communication secondary teacher for over 24 years. Currently a part time student at Waikato University, New Zealand. Started a dissertation (post Masters) with title- Openness: Exploring Conceptualizations of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Collaboration and Peer learning in New Zealand Higher Education.
