I am an adult learning, organisational development and competency management system specialist; having achieved the role of ‘Head of Learning and Development’ within a National transport safety regulator, I concurrently hold the title of 'L&D Manager'for a State based safety regulator.

I have previously worked in the commercial training field; and have audited Registered Training Organisations. Set-up Competency Based Training (CBT) and assessment systems within technical environments and implemented large scale and/or short term training frameworks. I have a BA in Education/Organisational Development and a Masters in Organisational Development and Strategic Human Resource Management and a variety of certificates or statements of attainment including Auditing, Trainer/Assessor, and Instructional Design etc. I am currently studying for a Graduate Certificate of Safety Leadership.
