Strength-based facilitation, coaching and change to avoid any so-called "change resistance". This implies a form of P2P-designed change.

I'm researching ways to unleash people's agency throughout the world, using a combination of strength-based facilitation techniques (summarized in a form of soft social technologies "fablab" dubbed Labso [laboratory for social technologies] at http://labso.org/) and systems thinking approaches like the VSM (Viable System Model) from Stafford Beer.
