I am currently working in my 4th career as a psychotherapist on the North Shore of Boston, MA, USA, also working to organize other mental health workers through SEIU 509.

I practice therapy within a relational, collaborative, critical, and community orientation. I was part of a recent, successful effort by teachers, parents, and students to remove an anxiety generating, racist and abusive administrator. This improved the mental health of the entire school.

My 1st career was as an assistant editor of educational films. For my 2nd, I was as a machinist at General Electric and an activist in IUE 201 in Lynn, MA where I participated in successful efforts to end General Electric practices of open racism, and to make the union leadership more democratic. My 3rd was working for 19 years in Boston area software engineering organizations.
