The terms and definitions in the p2pf discussion of nondominium appear to fall within the scope of US and UK trust law (land trusts, beneficial trusts, trustees, beneficiaries, etc.) Reinventing the wheel can lead to a weakening and obfuscation of existing remedies --Poor Richard (talk) 16:18, 23 May 2014 (UTC)
