Angela Daly is a research fellow in the Swinburne Institute for Social Research (Australia) and is finishing her PhD at the European University Institute (Italy) on corporate dominance of online data flows. She is interested in how the law deals with the phenomenon of peer production and is co-editing an edition of the Journal of Peer Production on this theme (due out in early 2015) with Steve Collins from Macquarie University.
